Ingredients
2 tablespoon of Chilli Padi’s Sambal Timus
1 Black Promfet
Salt for seasoning
Method
- Season the promfet with salt.
- Heat oil. When hot, add in the promfet and lower the fire. Deep fried the promfet till crispy and set it aside.
- Leave 2 tablespoon of oil in the pan. Heat oil, add in 2 tablespoons of sambal timus and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Topped the promfet with the sambal timus and serve.
