Sotong Lemak (Serves 4-5)
Ingredients
½ tub of Chilli Padi’s Nonya Laksa Paste
500gm Sotong (Wash and cut into rings)
½ Red and Green Capsicum (Diced it and stir-fried for a while)
Method
- In a pot, add in ½ tub of Laksa paste with 200ml of water and 300ml of Fresh coconut milk and bring to boil.
- Keep stirring to prevent milk from curding.
- Add in sotongs and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Serve in a bowl and topped with the cooked capsicum.
