For delivery to multiple locations, please contact our customer service officer for your delivery details.
PACKAGING
• Miracle Sets are packaged in a 2 Tier Tingkat
• Delight Sets are packaged in a 4 Tier Tingkat
• Baby Bliss and Kueh Kisses Sets are packaged in a Kebaya Box
• Savoury Cheer Sets are packaged in a Window Kraft Paper Cake Box
• All sets come with a Carrier Bag
CARD
• Standard Message Card
Blank cards for you to pen your own messages to announce the arrival of your bundle of joy! Each card is approximately the size of a namecard. Choice of cover design: "It's a Girl!", "It's a Boy!", or "Hello Baby".
MINIMUM ORDER
• Minimum order of 10 sets for Miracle Sets
• Minimum order of 8 sets for Delight Sets
• Minimum order of 15 sets for Savoury Cheer Sets
• Minimum order of 20 sets for Baby Bliss Sets
• Minimum order of 15 sets for Kueh Kisses Sets
LEAD TIME
• Orders must be placed at least 3 working days in advance, subject to availability.
• For additional special requests, order at least 5 working days in advance.
• For urgent orders, email us at [email protected].
DELIVERY
• Enjoy complimentary delivery to 1 location with a minimum spend of $300.
• Fee of $18.70 ($20 W GST) applies for orders below $300.
• Fee of $11.21 ($12 W GST) per location applies for delivery to multiple locations. Please contact our customer service officer for your delivery details.
• Additional $5 for deliveries between 19 - 26 Dec (limited availability).
CANCELLATION
• In the event of cancellation, the following charges are applicable:
1 day before function date - 50% of total order>
On day of function date - 100% of total order
• For credit card payments, an administrative charge of 2.3% of total bill will be applicable for cancellation of orders after payment has been made.
Management reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
